Before being a full professor at the University of La Rochelle (since 2015), I was also a professor at the University of Brest (2011-2015), and before associate professor (2001-2011), assistant professor (2000-2001) and first lecturer (1997-2000) at the University of Bordeaux. In France, a professor has to give at least 192 hours of courses each year. I teach mainly at the computer science department. Beside the numerous projects and training courses, my teaching is split into two parts: on the one hand courses related to my research area (image and sound), and general computer science courses on the other hand.
